Over the past 30 days, LINCET Partners has been on the ground with Beiv Co Ltd, the proprietor of Bragg Liquor Store—a premium wines and spirits retailer and wholesaler in Mbuya, Kampala. Together, we have been executing Phase 1 of our 90-Day BPM & Governance Roadmap.
🤷🏼♂️ Why SME BPM & ISO 9001 Governance Matter
For growing SMEs, transitioning from informal daily operations to a structured, repeatable model is the key to sustainable growth. Without documented processes, businesses face stock variances, uncoordinated order fulfillment, and role confusion.
To solve this, our transformation program is strictly guided by the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems (QMS) standard. By grounding Bragg Liquor's operations in ISO 9001 principles, we ensure that quality, product authenticity, and customer satisfaction drive every aspect of the business.
👨🏼🔧 What We Have Built in the First 30 Days
1. Complete ISO 9001 QMS Pack: Established a formal Quality Policy, defined organizational context, and set measurable objectives across 5 core domains: Customer, Operations, Finance, People, and Suppliers.
2. Core Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Fully documented step-by-step procedures and quick-reference Work Instructions covering Sourcing, Inventory Management, Shop Management, Fulfillment, Wholesale Sales, Customer Care, Reporting, and Marketing.
3. Operational RACI Matrix: Eliminated role ambiguity by defining clear responsibility (R), accountability (A), consultation (C), and information (I) pathways across all job titles.
4. Risk Register & CAPA Framework: Logged key operational risks and implemented a formal Corrective Action procedure to address root causes, not just symptoms.
5. Live Performance Dashboard: Deployed a monthly Excel KPI Tracker to maintain total visibility over stock accuracy, fulfillment rates, and financial reconciliation.
🤩 Onward to Phase 2 (Days 31–60): Internal Audits, Management Reviews, and Operational Optimization!
